The terms and conditions described herein establish the conditions that determine the use of this website www.pontosouto.pt and the purchase by any customer ("buyer") of products through it from Confeções Cunha Ribeiro, LDA, Sociedade por Quotas with VAT number 501860266, with registered office at Rua Santa Maria 2647, 4800-675 Souto Santa Maria, Guimarães, Portugal ("Ponto Souto"). Buyer" means the individual who acts/purchases as the final consumer.

If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions and other policies, you should not use this website. These terms and conditions and the other policies on this website are governed by Portuguese law, with the district of Braga, Portugal, having jurisdiction over any matter arising, expressly waiving any other.
Ponto Souto reserves the right of intellectual property over this website, as well as its concept and contents, namely text, image and sound. The customer may only use the website for personal purposes as a consumer. Total or partial reproduction of the contents, image identity or ideas for commercial purposes is expressly prohibited, as is their distribution or incorporation in any other physical or online location, whatever the format.
Ponto Souto is the legitimate owner of the products presented, their brand and other industrial property rights that identify or protect the products or their characteristics, as well as any other rights arising from them. The manufacture, sale, advertising, distribution or copying, by any means and in any format, physical or virtual, of products incorporating distinctive trade signs owned by Ponto Souto or similar to these, or presenting characteristics protected by its industrial property rights, is prohibited and liable to prosecution. Unauthorised use of the Ponto Souto brand or any of its logos is also prohibited and subject to criminal prosecution. When making a purchase from Ponto Souto, the customer is not granted any licence or sub-licence to exploit, in whole or in part, for a fee or free of charge, any industrial property rights.
By placing an order on this website, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data under the terms of the privacy policy and declares and guarantees to Ponto Souto that all the data provided to Ponto Souto is true and complete and that they will immediately communicate, in writing, any updates to the data transmitted that may occur. By placing an order on this website, the customer declares that they are acting in their own name and on their own account, that they have the capacity to conclude the deal and that they will not subsequently sell or distribute the products by any means.
Ponto Souto reserves the right not to process orders registered on the www.pontosouto.pt website when there are doubts as to the "Buyer's" status as a final consumer or when orders do not comply with the general terms and conditions of sale presented here. Ponto Souto may also not process orders, namely in the following cases:
- Whenever it does not have a sufficient guarantee of good collection;
- The product is no longer available due to stock shortages. In these cases, payment will be refunded or the customer will be offered an exchange for another product;
- The billing information is not correct or verifiable;
- The order is flagged by automatic security systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;
- Payment is not recognised within 2 calendar days of accepting the order;
- If there are indications that the consumer is under 18 years of age;
- If the price indicated in the online shop is found to be incorrect;
- If it is foreseeable that it will not be possible to deliver the order to the respective address;
- Orders are incomplete or incorrect;
- There is evidence of misuse/abuse of the website or in relation to any ordering, exchange or delivery process on the part of the customer.
Ponto Souto reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block purchases by customers who misuse the online ordering, exchange and return processes.
Ponto Souto retains ownership of the products ordered by the customer until the customer has paid for all the products in full and Ponto Souto has received payment in full. Ponto Souto reserves the right not to accept or to cancel orders when it finds that it no longer has stock of the product in question.
Ponto Souto is not bound by any promotion or offer when it is the result of an error or mistake in spelling, incorrect price or product or any other error in the information on the website or any related channel, and may cancel any order or sale made as a result of any such error.

The products offered for sale on the site may not correspond exactly to the actual garment in terms of image and colour, due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
All products have an identification label attached. Do not remove the product label if you wish to return or exchange the product you have purchased. Should you decide to return any of the products purchased, Ponto Souto has the right not to accept the return of products without the corresponding label, or when they have been used, damaged or altered from their original condition.
Ponto Souto retains ownership of the products ordered by the customer until the customer has paid for all the products in full and Ponto Souto has received payment in full. Ponto Souto reserves the right not to accept or to cancel orders when it finds that it no longer has stock of the product in question.
