In the event of a dispute, the consumer can turn to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) organisation. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities are those authorised to mediate, conciliate and arbitrate consumer disputes in Portugal that are registered on the list of ADR entities provided for in Law no. 144/2015.
